It is important to prepare the following materials before starting the procedure:

- New grips.

- A piece of paper.

- Vaseline.

- Alcohol.

- A knife or compressed air gun.

- An allen wrench.

First of all, once you have prepared all the necessary material, you must remove the bar ends and the old grips, either by cutting them with a knife or by inserting the compressed air gun through one of the ends of the grips and expelling all the air until the grips come out easily. Next, when removing the cuffs you should moisten the paper with alcohol and clean the surface where the new cuffs will be inserted without leaving any trace.

Afterwards, also clean the inside of the new grips and the handlebars with some alcohol and rub a little petroleum jelly on the inside edge of the two grips to make them more slippery and easier to enter. Then, simply press and slightly twist the grips until you feel that they are fully seated.

Finally, take the bar ends and slowly place them at the end of the handlebars without making enough effort, and you will have your new grips and bar ends correctly installed on the handlebars of your bike, and it will be ready to ride.
