Conditions for returning one or more items:

  • You must make the return within 14 days after receiving the order.
  • The return must be made from the same country to which the product was sent.
  • The product must be returned with the tags and packaging in its original condition.
  • The product must be in its original, unworn and unaltered condition. The equipment must not have been used and the accessories must not show signs of having been mounted. In that case, we will not be able to carry out the return. Only the following exceptions will be accepted:
    • Wrong item: you have received the wrong reference or size or it does not correspond to the one ordered.
    • Incompatibility: the compatibility specified on the website is incorrect, which prevents the reference from being installed on the motorcycle.
    • Damaged product: The product has been damaged during transport. Important: contact our customer service as soon as you become aware of the damage made on the product.

Contact us to explain the reason of the return and to tell us which of the two options in the next step you prefer to carry out.

Step 2

Choose if you prefer to send us the product or if you prefer that we send you the shipping label

You should choose wich of the two options you prefer: to send the product to our warehouses by yourself, or have us send you a shipping label and have the carrier pick up the product.

2.1 Send yourself the product

If you choose this option, once we receive the product and see that it is in good condition, we will make a full refund of the returned products.

2.2 We send you the shipping label

If you opt for this option, once we receive the product and see that it is in good condition, we will return only that product. Keep in mind that the price of the return shipment to our warehouses will be subtracted from the amount to be refunded.

The amount of the shipment to our warerehouse will be the same as the one paid in the initial shipment when placing the order. If you are from Spain and your shipment was free, the amount to be subtracted from the return will be €6.

Step 3

Put the product to be returned in a secured box

You must use a secured box according to the size and volume of the products. If the product arrives damaged or in a poor condition, we will not be able to carry out the return. You can use the box in which we sent you the product.

Step 4

Receive your refund

Once the quality of the returned products has been verified and approved, acmotos will issue a credit to the original payment method and you will receive a confirmation email. The refund may take up to a maximum of 5 business days to be effective in your account, and this factor depends exclusively on your bank.
