Shipping policy

The indicated shipping times begin to be counted from the moment the order is marked as "sent", and not from the moment the order is placed. When the order is sent you will receive an email to the address indicated in your account. You can also check the status of your order within your user panel > History and details of my orders.

Below you can see a list of the different areas to which we send with their respective estimated shipping times and costs:

Spain peninsula

• Delivery time: from 3 to 7 days (depending the carrier).
• Cost: from € 4 to € 19, depending on the weight and volume of the order. Free for light orders (up to 0.5kg) and more than 25€ or heavier orders starting from 50€.

Spain baleares

• Delivery time: from 3 to 7 days.
• Cost: from 5€ to 40€, depending on the weight and volume of the order.

Spain canarias

• Delivery time: 3 to 7 days.
• Cost: from 36€ to 190€, depending on the weight and volume of the order.

International

• Included countries: Germany, Andorra, Argentina, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, China, Colombia, Croatia, Denmark, Ecuador, Slovakia, Slovenia, United States, France, Greece, Italy, Latvia, Luxembourg, Mexico, Norway, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, United Kingdom, Sweden and Switzerland.
• Delivery time: 3 to 7 days.
• Cost: starting from 8€, depending on the destination, weight and volume of the order.

Changes and returns

Once you have received your order, you can process a return within the next 14 calendar days to the reception of the item. You will get a refund for the price of such products. Please note that the costs incurred in returning the product will be borne exclusively by the consumer.

We can only process the returns of those products that are sent back in the same condition as the customer received them. The retuned products must also include all instructions, documents, promotional items and product packagings. No refund will be given if the products have been used or damaged, so please take care of them while they are in your possession.

Please treat the products with reasonable care while in your possession and keep the original boxes and packaging if you think of returning them. No refund will be given if the product is not returned in the original box with the same contents as when it was sent.

This provision does not affect the rights of the consumer under current legislation. For more information, please consult our purchase conditions.

Terms and methods of payment

You can pay for your order using the following payment methods:

• Credit Card: We use CaixaBank and the RedSys payment gateway to process orders paid by credit card. Card details are not processed or stored by acmotos. Pay by this method at no extra cost.
• PayPal: You can use the PayPal platform to make payments, there are no surcharges.
• Bank transfer: Only for orders in Spain. The order will take longer to be delivered, as it will not be prepared until the payment is received. You will be shown the details of the bank account where the payment has to be sent once the order is placed.
• Cash on delivery: You can pay at the moment of delivery by choosing method. It has an added cost of 3,20€. It is available just for orders under 250€ delivered to mainland Spain.
