The Puig LED indicator relay is designed to restore a steady flash rate when replacing the original indicators with lower-power LEDs. It provides an alternative to fitting resistors to compensate for the change in electrical load.
With bimetallic relays, the flash rate depends on the current flowing through the circuit. If your motorcycle uses an electronic relay, changing the indicators should not affect their flashing frequency.
