Can I cancel or modify an order?

If your order is not in the “Preparation in process” phase, we can cancel or modify it.

To request the cancellation of your order, contact our customer service team. You must specify that you want to cancel your order and the number of said order, so that our team can process your request correctly.

To request the modification of a product or a size, contact our customer service team. You must specify your order number, what product or size you want to change and what will be the new product or size you want. If you want to change a product for a different one, there will be 2 possibilities depending on the price of the new product:

  • The price of the new product is lower: If the price of the new product is lower than the one you originally requested, we will refund you. difference.

  • The price of the new product is higher: If the price of the new product is higher than the one you originally requested, we will send you through PayPal (if you paid the order by PayPal) or Stripe (if you paid the order with a bank card), a link by email or WhatsApp, which will take you directly to make the payment of said price difference. Until said payment is made, we will not proceed to change the product.

If you have just placed an order and forgot to include a product, you must place a new order to purchase that item.
