How can I know if my order has been successful?

Three indicators confirm that your order has been placed correctly:

  • After the payment process, you will reach the confirmation page where your order number will appear.

  • A few minutes later, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your purchase. Remember to check your spam mailbox if you don't receive any mail.

  • Payment is charged instantly, so you will see the charge on your bank statement or PayPal account.

If you do not reach all or some of these three points, especially the confirmation of the bank charge, your order may not have been carried out correctly. If you have any, contact our customer service team and we will confirm the status.
