I have placed an order, how can I know the status of my shipment?

As soon as your order is ready to leave our warehouse, you will receive an email informing you that your order has been shipped. And shortly after receiving this email, you will receive another with the tracking data of your order. If for some error, you do not receive this second email, contact our customer service team and they will provide you with the information:

  • Your tracking number. (Identifier that the courier company assigns to your shipment)

  • A direct link so that with a single click you can see where your package is at all times.

The tracking number or tracking number is the identifier that the courier company assigns to your shipment. It is very important that you write down this number, because if for any reason you wish to contact the courier company directly, they will request it to locate your shipment and give you all the information you need.
