I received the wrong size or model, what should I do?

If you have received a product that does not correspond to the items that appear in your order confirmation email, please contact our customer service team.

Provide us with the order number and explain the errors related to the products received in as much detail as possible and even images or videos if possible, to expedite our response.

If the source of the error is ours, do not worry, we will take care of the costs and the collection management, in addition to offering you a resolution either with the replacement of the product, as long as when there is stock available, or the refund of the product.
