My shipment could not be delivered, will I receive a full refund for my order?

If a package is returned to our warehouses due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, it will only be sent back if the customer pays the shipping costs again. If not, you will be reimbursed the amount paid when placing the order but subtracting the shipping costs.

There are very few occasions in which a package is returned to our warehouses due to an error in the address or because some information is missing. To avoid this, it is very important that you keep the following points in mind:

- Check the information in your order confirmation email.

Our delivery times are so short, that in many cases we have almost no margin to make modifications once the package leaves our warehouses, so it is essential that you contact our customer service team.
