The Akrapovič catalytic converter for the BMW K 1200 R/S 2005-2008 treats exhaust gases while retaining the sound and performance benefits associated with Akrapovič exhaust systems. It is intended for use with compatible exhausts from the brand.

  • Construction: metal honeycomb structure.
  • Active metals: palladium, rhodium and platinum incorporated into its surface.
  • Exhaust gas treatment: converts carbon monoxide and unburnt hydrocarbons into carbon dioxide and water vapour.
  • Approval: listed as approved in the manufacturer’s specifications.

Before fitting, check that your exhaust is one of these Akrapovič systems: S-B12R2-HRC, S-B12R2-HRT, S-B12RFT2TL-HRC or S-B12RFT2TL-HRT.
