Conditions

  • It must be exactly the same product: brand, model, reference, colour and size. Brand new, with its warranty and in stock in the other shop when you contact us.
  • We compare the final price of the product including VAT, excluding shipping. The offer must be published on the website of a shop that sells to consumers, so that we can check it.
  • Prices with coupons or discount codes, prices for members or registered customers, outlet, clearance, second-hand or ex-display products, bundle or lot prices and private sales websites do not count.
  • We must receive your request before you place your order: we do not refund the difference on an order already placed.
  • If we accept it, we email you a discount code for the difference, for that product. It is personal, valid for one order and cannot be combined with other coupons.
  • One accepted request per product and customer.
  • We may reject a request if we cannot check the offer, if it does not meet these conditions or if the other shop's price is an obvious error.
