The Akrapovič Evolution Line full exhaust for the Aprilia RSV4 1000/1100 (2015-2020) and Tuono V4 1000/1100 (2017-2020) is built for improved performance and a racing sound. It replaces the standard system with a lighter assembly.
Titanium and carbon fibre are paired with carefully finished welds. Akrapovič recommends a specially developed Dynojet mapping for throttle response, performance and durability. The figures below were measured on the motorcycle used in its technical data and may vary by model.
- Weight: 4.7 kg versus 7.9 kg for the standard exhaust, a reduction of 40.5%.
- Power: maximum increase of +7.1 CV (+5.2 kW) at 13,500 rpm.
- Torque: maximum increase of +3 Nm at 10,800 rpm.
- Installation: requires removal of the passenger footrest; estimated fitting time is 210 minutes.
- Noise reducer: no dB killer is fitted.
This exhaust is not approved for road use and does not meet emissions requirements for public roads. On 2019 models, the engine warning light may come on after installation.
