The Akrapovič Evolution Line is a full racing exhaust system for 2021-2024 Aprilia RSV4 and Tuono V4 1000/1100 models. Developed for closed-course use, it produces a deep, sporty sound.
- Silencer: carbon-fibre outer sleeve and end cap.
- Link pipe and internals: titanium link pipe and silencer inner structure.
- Headers and collectors: made from titanium alloy.
- Weight: 4.47 kg versus 7.98 kg for the standard system, a 44% reduction.
- Measured gains: +4 kW (5.4 hp) at 13,000 rpm and +3.8 Nm at 7,700 rpm, measured on a 2021 Aprilia RSV4 against the standard exhaust. Results may vary by motorcycle.
- Noise insert: no dB killer fitted.
- Fitting time: approximately 180 minutes.
Installation requires ECU remapping and removal of the passenger footrest. This exhaust is not road approved: it does not meet emissions requirements for street or highway use.
