The Akrapovič Evolution Line is a complete exhaust system for the 2021-2025 Kawasaki ZX-10R, including the standard and RR versions. It pairs lightweight titanium alloys with a hand-crafted hexagonal carbon-fibre silencer and produces a deep, sporty sound.
Designed to improve power and torque delivery across the rev range, this system has performance figures measured in Akrapovič’s own tests. Results may vary between motorcycles.
- Power: maximum increase of 8.2 kW (11.1 CV) at 8,550 rpm.
- Torque: maximum increase of 13.4 Nm at 3,600 rpm.
- Weight: 5.06 kg compared with 11.61 kg for the standard exhaust, a 56.4% reduction.
- Noise insert: no dB killer is included.
- Bracket: an aluminium silencer bracket is available separately.
- Approval: not road approved; it does not meet emissions requirements for use on public roads.
The motorcycle’s ECU must be remapped when this system is fitted.
