The titanium Akrapovič Evolution is a complete exhaust system for the Honda CBR 1000 RR 2024-2026. Its lightweight construction helps the bike’s handling, while its deep, sporty sound accompanies improved power and torque throughout the rev range.
The performance figures come from Akrapovič’s measurements on the bike in its product data and may vary by model. Approximate fitting time is 180 minutes.
- Power: maximum increase of 16.2 hp (11.9 kW) at 8100 rpm.
- Torque: maximum increase of 14.4 Nm at 7800 rpm.
- Weight: 5.04 kg versus 7.81 kg for the standard exhaust, a 35.5% reduction.
- Included bracket: carbon-fibre silencer bracket, needed if the passenger footrests are removed.
- Track option: separately available stainless-steel link pipe/collector to reduce noise where lower limits apply.
- Heat shield: the carbon-fibre shield shown in the images is optional.
- Noise insert: no dB killer is supplied.
This exhaust is not road approved and does not meet emissions requirements for road or highway use. ECU remapping is mandatory for proper performance, throttle response and durability; on Euro 5+ bikes with two lambda sensors, the engine warning light may come on if the bike detects a deviation from the standard catalytic converter parameters.
