The Akrapovič Evolution is a complete titanium exhaust system for the Honda CBR 600 RR (2005-2026). Built for circuit use, it combines a racing sound with a focus on lower weight and improved engine response.

Akrapovič measured the stated weight and performance figures on a 2013 test bike against its standard exhaust; results may vary between models.

• Headers: optimised to improve performance.
• End cap: made from carbon fibre.
• Weight: 4.2 kg versus 8.87 kg for the standard system, a reduction of 52.6% (4.7 kg).
• Power: an increase of 5.2 kW (7.1 hp) at 14,000 rpm.
• Torque: an increase of 2.7 Nm at 6,000 rpm.
• Noise insert: no dB killer is included.
• Fitting: approximately 180 minutes.

This exhaust is not approved for road use, and ECU remapping is mandatory. Check that your bike has just one lambda sensor: on bikes with two sensors, including some Euro 5+ models, the engine warning light may come on.
