The Akrapovič Evolution full exhaust system for the Honda CRF 250 R/RX 2016-2017 is intended for closed-course competition. It is designed to improve engine performance while reducing the weight of the exhaust.
Made entirely from titanium, the system has been tested in racing by factory teams.
- Power: a gain of +1.5 CV (+1.1 kW) at 11,600 rpm in Akrapovič’s measurements.
- Torque: a gain of +1 Nm at 11,600 rpm in the same tests.
- Weight: 3.6 kg versus 4.5 kg for the standard exhaust on the tested motorcycle, a 20% reduction.
- Noise: meets FIM noise limits.
- Construction: features a more durable welded bracket and a titanium end cap.
- Included: a noise-reducing dB killer.
- Fitting: approximately 80 minutes.
This exhaust is not road approved and is for closed-course competition only. The performance and weight figures relate to the motorcycle used in Akrapovič’s tests.
