The Akrapovič Evolution Line full exhaust system is intended for competition use on the 2018 Honda CRF 250 R/RX. Made entirely from titanium, it is designed to improve engine performance while reducing the bike’s weight.
Developed for the demands of racing teams, this system puts performance and handling first. The performance and weight figures below were measured by Akrapovič on the bike in its product data and may vary by model.
- Power and torque: +1.5 hp (+1.1 kW) at 8,250 rpm and +1.4 Nm at 5,600 rpm.
- Measured weight: 3.66 kg versus 5.4 kg for the standard exhaust, a reduction of 32.2%.
- Construction: a more durable welded bracket and a titanium end cap.
- Noise: meets FIM noise limits.
- Included: spark arresters to comply with North American off-road regulations.
- DB killer: no noise-reducing insert is fitted.
- Fitting: approximately 60 minutes.
