The Akrapovič Evolution full exhaust system for the Honda CRF 450 R/RX 2017-2020 is designed for closed-course competition. Its lightweight construction helps reduce the bike’s weight and delivers a racing sound.
- Construction: titanium system with headers that improve performance compared with the Slip-On Line.
- Power and torque: gains of +2.5 CV (+1.8 kW) at 9,950 rpm and +2.6 Nm at 6,000 rpm, respectively.
- Weight: 3.91 kg versus 4.43 kg for the standard exhaust, a reduction of 11.7%.
- Noise: meets FIM noise limits and includes a noise-reducing insert (DB killer).
- Coating: makes cleaning easier and improves scratch resistance.
- Fitting: straightforward installation, taking approximately 60 minutes.
It is not approved for road use and is intended for closed-course competition only. Performance and weight figures were measured on Akrapovič’s test bike and may vary by model.
