Akrapovič Evolution Exhaust in Titanium for Honda CRF 450 R/RX (25-26), CRF 450 X (25) S-H4E1-FDHLT

The Akrapovič Evolution Line full exhaust is designed for the 2025-2026 Honda CRF 450 R/RX and the 2025 CRF 450 X. Shaped to fit the space available on the bike, it aims to deliver responsive throttle control under the demands of off-road racing.

The silencer makes use of that space to reduce noise while allowing exhaust gases to flow. Its profiled surface adds strength and produces a deep sound, while a special logo-imprinting technique is intended to improve durability.

• Construction: titanium alloys with different thicknesses in individual sections to balance protection and low weight.
• Header: integrated resonance chamber and titanium heat shield.
• Power and torque: back-to-back tests against the standard exhaust on a 2025 R version recorded +1.8 kW (2.5 hp) at 10,300 rpm and +1.5 Nm at 7,900 rpm; results may vary by model.
• Measured weight: 2.9 kg, compared with 3.9 kg for the standard exhaust on the test bike.
• Noise: profiled surface designed to meet the 109 dB FIM competition limit; a noise reducer is included.
• Fitting: plug-and-play installation with no remapping required; approximately 60 minutes.
