Akrapovič Evolution Exhaust in Titanium for Kawasaki KX 450 (24-26) S-K4MET9-FDHLTA

The Akrapovič Evolution Line is a complete titanium exhaust for the 2024-2026 Kawasaki KX 450, developed for closed-course competition. Its lightweight construction and development alongside Akrapovič’s racing department are aimed at improving the bike’s performance.

It produces a deep racing sound and requires no ECU remapping. Akrapovič estimates an installation time of 45 minutes.

• Headers: feature an integrated resonance chamber and a debossed Akrapovič logo.
• Silencer marking: the logo-printing technique on the outer sleeve withstands higher temperatures and improves durability.
• Power: +1.9 kW (+2.6 hp) at 7,500 rpm compared with the standard exhaust, according to Akrapovič’s measurements.
• Torque: +2.5 Nm at 7,600 rpm in the same comparison.
• Weight: 3.15 kg versus 4.49 kg for the standard system, a reduction of 29.8%.
• Included: noise-reducing insert (dB killer).

For closed-course competition only; it is not intended for road use. If you need to meet the 109 dB FIM noise limit, you must fit the optional V-TUV385 noise insert.
