The Akrapovič Evolution Line full exhaust is designed for the 2016-2026 Yamaha YXZ 1000 R. It delivers a louder, deeper sound that takes on a sporty character as the revs rise.

A hand-crafted carbon-fibre end cap completes a system designed to withstand demanding conditions. The performance and weight figures below come from Akrapovič’s measurements on its test vehicle and may vary by model.

• Measured weight: 5 kg versus 10.1 kg for the standard system, a 50.5% reduction.
• Power: maximum increase of 5.5 hp (4 kW) at 8,850 rpm.
• Torque: maximum increase of 5.9 Nm at 6,000 rpm.
• Silencer coating: improves scratch resistance and makes cleaning easier.
• Noise reducer: DB killer included.
• Fitting: estimated time of 90 minutes.

This exhaust is not road approved: it is for closed-course competition only, not public-road use. A specific Dynojet mapping is required for the intended performance, throttle response and durability.
