The Akrapovič Slip-On exhaust replaces the standard silencer on the 2017-2020 Vespa GTS 125. Its black finish changes the scooter’s appearance, while the exhaust delivers Akrapovič’s distinctive deep, resonant sound.
The performance and weight figures come from Akrapovič’s tests on its reference scooter and may vary by version.
- Construction: stainless steel silencer with a carbon fibre end cap.
- Power: an increase of 0.4 hp (0.3 kW) at 8,150 rpm.
- Torque: an increase of 0.5 Nm at 6,500 rpm.
- Weight: 2.9 kg versus 4.8 kg for the standard exhaust, a 39.6% reduction.
- Fitting: replaces the original silencer; Akrapovič estimates around 15 minutes for installation.
- Noise reducer: no dB killer fitted.
It has TÜV Euro 4 approval, but EC type-approval is valid only when the p-kat-067 catalytic converter is installed.
