The Akrapovič slip-on silencer for the 2022-2026 Aprilia Tuareg 660 replaces the standard exhaust with a deep, sporty sound. It is designed to improve throttle response without requiring an ECU remap.
- Construction: a high-grade, lightweight titanium muffler sleeve with a stainless-steel link pipe and internal structure.
- Carbon fibre: a handmade end cap and a heat shield that helps protect your riding gear.
- Weight: 3.23 kg versus 5.09 kg for the standard system, a 36.5% reduction according to Akrapovič.
- Dyno results: gains of 0.9 kW (1.2 hp) and 2.1 Nm, both at 4,800 rpm, compared with the standard exhaust.
- Type approval: EC/ECE approved.
- Included: a noise-reducing insert (dB killer).
- Fitting: plug-and-play installation, with an estimated fitting time of 30 minutes.
If you later fit the optional stainless-steel header, the slip-on’s EC/ECE type approval will no longer be valid.
