The Akrapovič Slip-On Line exhaust for the 2024-2026 Ducati Hypermotard 698 replaces the standard silencers with a twin setup, with an outlet on each side of the seat. It follows the bike’s lines and produces a deep sound that suits its single-cylinder engine.
The end caps feature honeycomb exhaust protection. Akrapovič developed the system with particular attention to throttle response and rideability. The performance figures below come from its tests on a Hypermotard 698 Mono against the standard exhaust.
- Construction: sandblasted titanium muffler sleeves, stainless-steel link pipes and carbon-fibre end caps.
- Power: an increase of 2.9 kW (3.9 hp) at 10,000 rpm on the test bike.
- Torque: an increase of 1.9 Nm at 6,800 rpm in the same test.
- Weight: 4.03 kg, 4.3% less than the standard exhaust measured.
- Approval: EC/ECE type approval and TÜV Euro 5+ approval.
- Included: noise-reduction insert (DB killer).
- Fitting: plug-and-play installation; approximately 45 minutes.
