The Akrapovič titanium slip-on exhaust for the 2026 Kawasaki KLE 500 replaces the standard silencer. It has been developed with a deep sound and throttle response in mind.
The silencer has an imprinted finish for added strength and durability. Installation is plug-and-play, takes approximately 30 minutes and does not require remapping.
- Construction: high-grade titanium outer sleeve and end cap, with a high-grade stainless-steel link pipe and internal structure.
- Weight: 2.8 kg versus 4.33 kg for the standard system, a reduction of 35.3%.
- Power: an increase of 0.6 kW (0.8 hp) at 9,000 rpm compared with the standard exhaust, measured on Akrapovič’s dyno.
- Torque: an increase of 0.8 Nm at 5,000 rpm.
- Protection: a carbon-fibre heat shield is included to help protect the rider’s gear.
- Type approval: Euro 5+ EC/ECE.
- Noise reducer: DB killer included.
This exhaust is not compatible with the original Kawasaki hard cases.
