The Akrapovič Slip-On silencer for the 2017-2025 Suzuki GSX-R 1000 combines a compact, sporty shape with Grand Prix-inspired styling. Its sound adds a racing character suited to track use.
- Construction: high-grade titanium; it weighs 0.95 kg against 3.2 kg for the standard silencer, a 70.3% reduction.
- Power: measured maximum increase of +2.4 hp (+1.8 kW) at 13,100 rpm.
- Torque: measured maximum increase of +2.1 Nm at 9,000 rpm.
- Fitting: plug-and-play installation takes approximately 20 minutes, with no remapping needed in the standard configuration.
- Optional headers: can improve mid- and high-rev performance; fitting them requires remapping.
- Noise insert: no dB killer is included.
