The Akrapovič Slip-On Line silencer for the 2026 Suzuki GSX-R 1000 is made from titanium and intended for closed-course circuit use. It saves weight compared with the standard exhaust and gives the engine a deep, sporty sound.
Akrapovič measured the performance figures on its dynamometer against a standard exhaust. Results may vary depending on the motorcycle.
- Weight: 2.18 kg versus 3.13 kg for the standard exhaust, a reduction of 30.4%.
- Power: an increase of 2.6 kW (3.5 hp) at 13,500 rpm in the stated test.
- Torque: an increase of 3.1 Nm at 4,000 rpm in the same test.
- Fitting: plug-and-play installation with no remapping required.
- Fitting time: approximately 120 minutes.
- Noise insert: no dB killer fitted.
This exhaust is not road approved and does not meet emissions requirements for public roads. Use it only on closed-course circuits.
