The Akrapovič titanium slip-on silencer for the 2021-2024 Triumph Speed Triple 1200 replaces the standard exhaust with a full, deep sound tuned to the engine’s character. Its design draws on racing exhausts.
The titanium outer sleeve and end cap are sandblasted and coated for increased durability.
- Weight: 2.57 kg versus 3.22 kg for the standard exhaust on Akrapovič’s test bike, a 20.2% reduction.
- Power: an increase of +0.7 hp (+0.5 kW) at 9,050 rpm in the manufacturer’s test.
- Torque: an increase of +0.8 Nm at 8,200 rpm in the same test.
- Approval: EC/ECE type approved and TÜV Euro 5 compliant.
- Fitting: plug-and-play installation with no remapping required; estimated fitting time of 30 minutes.
- Noise reducer: no dB killer fitted.
