Akrapovič Header in Stainless Steel for Suzuki GSX-R 1000 (17-25) E-S10R6

The optional Akrapovič header for the 2017-2025 Suzuki GSX-R 1000 turns a Slip-On Line silencer into a complete exhaust system. It provides a way to pair the silencer with a header designed for sporting use.

Paired with the Slip-On Line Carbon, it produces a sporty tone; with the Slip-On Line Titanium, the sound takes on a racing character. Akrapovič reports gains in power and torque throughout the rev range.

• Construction: welded stainless steel tubes.
• Power and torque: Akrapovič measured +9.6 metric hp (+7.1 kW) at 8,950 rpm and +8.7 Nm at 7,550 rpm; results may vary between motorcycles.
• Measured weight: 4.1 kg versus 7.2 kg for the original exhaust on the test motorcycle, a 43.1% reduction.
• Fitting time: approximately 240 min.
• Noise insert: no dB killer is fitted.
• Required mapping: the specific map developed by Akrapovič with Rapid Bike by Dimsport must be used for performance, throttle response and durability.

This header does not meet emissions requirements for road or highway use. Fitting it to an EC/ECE-approved Slip-On Line Carbon also invalidates that exhaust's approval.
