These optional Akrapovič headers for the BMW M 1000 XR and S 1000 XR (2020-2026) turn an Akrapovič Slip-On exhaust into a full system. They are designed to improve performance while delivering the brand’s distinctive sound.

  • Material: titanium.
  • Other compatible silencers: Akrapovič original-equipment and BMW accessory Akrapovič silencers.
  • Engine setup: remapping is recommended to optimise performance, throttle response and durability.
  • Heat shield: the original-equipment Akrapovič heat shield is not compatible with these headers.
  • Fitting: approximately 180 minutes.
  • Noise insert: no dB killer is included.
  • Approval: not road-approved; does not meet emissions requirements for road use.

If you fit the Racing Line system to a Euro 5+ motorcycle with two lambda sensors, the engine warning light will come on when the bike detects a deviation from the original catalytic converter parameters.
