Akrapovič Header in Titanium for BMW R 1300 GS (23-26), R 1300 R/RS (25-26) E-B13E1

The Akrapovič titanium header completes a full exhaust system when paired with the Slip-On Line (Titanium) silencer on the BMW R 1300 GS (2023-2026) and R 1300 R/RS (2025-2026). It is intended for closed-course competition, not road use.

Wider tubing than the standard header and removal of the catalytic converter improve exhaust gas flow. The pre-muffler gives the boxer engine a deep racing sound.

• Heat shield: made from carbon fibre.
• Measured gains: +3.1 kW (+4.2 hp) at 7,800 rpm and +5.9 Nm at 3,000 rpm. Akrapovič recorded these figures on an R 1300 R fitted with the Slip-On Line (Titanium), against the standard system; results may differ on other models.
• Silencer compatibility: also fits the Akrapovič original-equipment or BMW Motorrad accessory silencer.
• Fitting: plug-and-play installation takes approximately 60 minutes, but remapping is mandatory.
• Approval: the header is not road approved, and fitting it invalidates the Slip-On Line (Titanium) ECE type approval.

On Euro 5+ bikes with two lambda sensors, the engine warning light will come on when the bike detects that the original catalytic converter is absent.
