The Akrapovič Racing Line (Carbon) full exhaust system for the 2021-2024 Aprilia RS 660 and Tuono 660 is designed to improve the response of the 660 cc parallel-twin engine. Its deep, sporty sound complements the race-inspired look.
The system combines carbon fibre, titanium and stainless steel. Its catalytic converter sits at the front of the pre-muffler to meet emissions requirements.
- Power: increase of 2.4 hp (1.8 kW) at 11,200 rpm in Akrapovič testing.
- Torque: increase of 3.6 Nm at 4,550 rpm in the same tests.
- Weight: 6.4 kg versus 6.8 kg for the standard exhaust; 0.4 kg lighter.
- Approval: EC/ECE type approval and TÜV Euro 5 approval.
- Noise reduction: DB killer included.
- Fitting: plug-and-play installation with no remapping required; approximately 90 minutes.
