The Akrapovič Racing Line full exhaust system for the 2010-2014 BMW S 1000 RR is intended for performance riding. It replaces the standard system with a lighter one, delivering a racing sound and performance gains measured by Akrapovič.

The power, torque and weight figures come from the manufacturer's tests on its specified motorcycle and may vary by model.

  • Carbon fibre components: muffler outer sleeve and end cap.
  • Power: maximum gain of 11.1 hp (8.2 kW) at 8,450 rpm.
  • Torque: maximum gain of 8.9 Nm at 8,200 rpm.
  • Weight: 5.5 kg versus 11.8 kg for the standard exhaust, a reduction of 53.4%.
  • Noise insert: no dB killer is fitted.

This system is not approved and does not meet emissions requirements for street or highway use.
