The Akrapovič Racing Line (Carbon) is a complete exhaust system for the Yamaha MT-09 2014-2020 and XSR 900 2016-2021. Designed for sporty riding, it aims to improve engine performance and delivers a racing exhaust note.

The performance and weight figures come from Akrapovič measurements on the motorcycle in its product data and may vary by model.

• Silencer: carbon-fibre outer sleeve.
• Power: maximum gain of +6.9 CV (+5.1 kW) at 9850 rpm.
• Torque: maximum gain of +6.4 Nm at 5150 rpm.
• Weight: 4.6 kg versus 8.4 kg for the standard exhaust, a reduction of 45.2%.
• Fitting: approximately 60 minutes.
• Included: noise-reducing insert (DB killer).

This system is not road approved and does not meet emissions requirements for street or highway use; it cannot be fitted if the centre stand is used. Akrapovič recommends ECU remapping for optimum performance, throttle response and durability.
