The Akrapovič Racing Line is a complete underbelly exhaust system for the Honda CB 650 R and CBR 650 R (2019-2026). It follows the bike’s lines and produces a deep, sporty sound.

Its handmade carbon-fibre cover features honeycomb-style exhaust protection. The performance figures come from Akrapovič measurements on a Honda CBR650R with a standard exhaust and may vary by model.

  • Construction: stainless-steel system with the catalytic converter integrated into the header.
  • Weight: 6.6 kg against 10.6 kg for the standard exhaust, a reduction of 4 kg (37.7%).
  • Power: increase of 1.1 kW (1.5 hp) at 12,000 rpm.
  • Torque: increase of 2.3 Nm at 3,500 rpm.
  • Type approval: Euro 5+ EC/ECE; the certificate is also valid for 35 kW versions.
  • E-Clutch: fits the version equipped with this system.
  • Fitting: plug-and-play installation with no remapping required; approximately 45 minutes.

If your CB 650 R has the original Honda under cowl, note that this exhaust is not compatible with it.
