The Akrapovič Racing Line titanium full exhaust for the 2021-2026 Suzuki GSX 1300 R Hayabusa is intended for track use. It replaces the standard system to reduce weight and increase engine output. It does not meet emissions requirements for use on public roads.
The silencer’s outer sleeve is made from high-grade titanium. Akrapovič measured the performance figures against a Hayabusa with a standard exhaust. The system was developed and tested on an EU-specification bike, so results may differ with other vehicle specifications.
- Power: an increase of 6.5 kW (8.8 hp) at 9,900 rpm in the stated test.
- Torque: an increase of 5.7 Nm at 8,000 rpm in the same test.
- Weight: 6.49 kg versus 20.44 kg for the standard exhaust, a reduction of 68.2%.
- Installation: approximately 90 minutes.
ECU remapping is mandatory when fitting this system. On Euro 5+ motorcycles with two lambda sensors, the engine warning light will come on when a deviation in the standard catalytic converter’s parameters is detected.
