The Akrapovič Racing Line full exhaust for the 2024-2026 Yamaha R9 is designed for closed-course competition. Its right-side muffler outlet gives the bike a racing look.

The system has neither a catalytic converter nor a pre-muffler. The performance and weight figures below come from Akrapovič’s measurements on its test bike.

  • Muffler: high-grade titanium outer sleeve and end cap.
  • Headers and link pipe: made from stainless steel.
  • Included bracket: aluminium muffler bracket.
  • Measured power: maximum increase of 4.6 CV (3.4 kW) at 9,500 rpm.
  • Measured torque: maximum increase of 3.2 Nm at 5,000 rpm.
  • Measured weight: 5.16 kg versus 7 kg for the standard exhaust, a 26.3% reduction.
  • Fitting: approximately 60 minutes.

This exhaust is not road approved and does not meet emissions requirements for street or highway use. ECU remapping is mandatory.
