Akrapovič Racing Exhaust in Titanium for Yamaha XSR 900 (22-26) S-Y9R16-HDT/2

The Akrapovič Racing Line is a complete exhaust system for the 2022-2026 Yamaha XSR 900. Its silencer exits on the right rather than underneath the bike like the standard exhaust, giving the system a retro-inspired profile built with modern technology.

The silencer’s outer sleeve is made from high-grade titanium, while the other components are stainless steel. The pre-muffler and silencer are sandblasted. Akrapovič describes the sound as deep and full, with a responsive throttle feel.

• Approval: EC/ECE type approval and TÜV Euro 5 approval, with an integrated catalytic converter.
• Power: 1.4 kW (1.9 hp) more at 9,100 rpm than the standard exhaust, measured by Akrapovič on the bike in its product data.
• Torque: 1.4 Nm more at 9,800 rpm in the same test.
• Protection: includes two heat shields for riding gear and a black-coated silencer bracket.
• Noise reduction: DB killer included.
• Fitting: plug-and-play installation with no remapping required; approximately 90 minutes to fit.

This system is not compatible with Yamaha’s original saddlebags.
