The Akrapovič Track Day link pipe is designed to reduce noise from the Yamaha YZF R6 2008-2026 at circuits with stricter sound limits. It is an optional exhaust component, not a complete exhaust system.
It fits with the silencer and header set from the Evolution Line S-Y6E9-APT or Racing Line S-Y6R9-APT. Akrapovič recommends ECU remapping to optimise performance, throttle response and durability.
- Material: stainless steel.
- Design: incorporates a resonator.
- Included: an additional noise insert.
- Static noise: 96.6 dB with the Evolution/Racing insert, 99.4 dB with the Track Day insert and 100.7 dB without a noise damper; measured at 5,500 rpm.
- Installation: approximately 20 minutes.
- Approval: not road approved.
Intended for track use, this product does not meet emissions requirements for use on public roads.
