Artago Practic ALARM 1687ALM helps lock the scooter in moments, without carrying an additional loose lock.
It combines normal handlebar locking with an optional electronic module that adds an audible warning. It can also secure the helmet, allowing one solution to cover two common needs.
What matters most:
- Your choice of activation: lock normally or switch on the independent alarm as required.
- Replaceable battery: the system uses a CR2 cell that can be changed when depleted.
- Handlebar and helmet: one device immobilises the steering and secures the helmet.
- Early warning: 6 beeps and an LED alert occur before 10-second sound cycles begin during continued interference.
- Controlled through the lock: opening stops the alarm so the scooter can be used normally.
Its combination of integration and straightforward handling encourages regular use, even during the shortest stops. As with any everyday system, the strongest protection in higher-risk situations comes from combining it with another high-security lock.
