Motorcycle clutch covers

A designer clutch cover changes the look of one of the most visible sides of the engine, and it is a popular finishing touch on high-end bikes and maxi-scooters. Rizoma and Puig currently make them for three very specific families of bikes, each with its list of models and years on the product page.

Which bikes they fit

• BMW S 1000 R, RR and XR from 2019 and M 1000 R and XR from 2023: Rizoma, in silver or black.
• Ducati: two Rizoma part numbers covering several models, the Panigale family among them, in silver, black and red.
• Yamaha TMAX 530 and 560: Puig, with one cover for 2012-2016 and another for 2017-2026, the latter in five colours.

Before you order

Check that your bike and its year are on the product page list, and see whether the part replaces the original cover or fits over it. If the crankcase has to be opened, fitting calls for a new gasket, topping up the oil and tightening every bolt to the manufacturer's torque figure; if you have never opened up an engine, leave it to a workshop.

Mind the name: this is the engine cover, not the cap on the clutch fluid reservoir next to the lever, which you will find under motorcycle brakes. To repeat the colour on another engine part, our oil filler caps come in similar finishes, and everything else for the engine is in motorcycle engine and spare parts.
