Accessories for the Aprilia Leonardo 125

The Aprilia Leonardo 125 is a scooter well suited to getting around town and making everyday journeys. When your riding involves busy streets, frequent stops and parking in different places, useful accessories are often those that offer shelter from the weather, make navigation easier or help protect the scooter while it is parked. This page covers accessories for the Leonardo 125 from 1996 to 2001.

What riders usually fit to the Aprilia Leonardo 125

A short trip across the neighbourhood places different demands on a scooter from a daily ride along exposed main roads. Think about the journeys you make most often: these accessory types can each serve a practical purpose on the Leonardo 125.

• Protectors: useful for a scooter that is regularly parked on the street and manoeuvred through tight spaces, helping shield exposed areas from minor knocks and scuffs.
• Phone mounts: keep directions in view when your route takes you beyond familiar streets, so you can follow turns without repeatedly stopping to check your phone.
• Screens: help take some of the wind off your upper body on longer commutes, particularly if part of your journey runs along open roads.
• Covers and leg covers: a cover is handy when the scooter is left outside, while a leg cover can make cold-weather trips across town more comfortable.
• Handlebar accessories: can help you arrange the riding area to suit the time you spend in the saddle, especially when city traffic calls for frequent steering and stops.

For the Leonardo 125, it is worth starting with the conditions you meet every day rather than fitting everything at once. Where you park, how far you travel and whether you ride through winter can all point towards a different priority.
