Accessories for the Aprilia RSV4

The Aprilia RSV4 is a sports bike whose accessories make most sense when chosen around your riding position and time spent on road or track. On twisty roads, comfortable access to the controls and secure support matter. For track days, protection and the freedom to move around on the bike become stronger priorities than purely cosmetic changes.

What riders usually fit to the Aprilia RSV4

• Screens: wind protection on the RSV4 needs to work with a forward-leaning riding position. A screen helps manage airflow on longer road rides and when you tuck in along a circuit straight.
• Protectors: a sensible consideration for an RSV4 used on track, where a slide can put exposed areas at risk. Protective parts can help limit damage in some falls, rather than making the bike immune to crash damage.
• Levers: reaching the brake and clutch comfortably matters when riding in a sporty crouch. On a winding road or during a track session, your fingers should be able to operate the controls without an awkward stretch.
• Footpegs: your feet provide support under braking and as you shift your body between corners. On the RSV4, footpegs are part of the riding position, not simply somewhere to rest your boots between gear changes.
• Number plate holders: these can give the rear of a road-going RSV4 a cleaner appearance. They address the bike’s finish rather than the support and protection that tend to take priority when preparing for track days.

Choosing parts for your RSV4’s year

The RSV4 has changed over the years, so parts for the 2009-2012 versions should not be assumed to fit the 2021-2024 versions. Indicators, handlebar components and protectors are examples of accessories that do not fit every version. Choose your bike’s year on this page to see only the parts that fit yours.
