Accessories for the Aprilia Sportcity 200

The Aprilia Sportcity 200 is a scooter suited to city journeys and everyday errands, with the occasional trip onto faster roads. That pattern of use is a useful guide to fitting accessories: think about where you leave it, whether you rely on directions and how much time you spend riding in the wind. The most useful additions address those ordinary parts of a journey rather than turning the scooter into something it is not.

What riders usually fit to the Aprilia Sportcity 200

• Protectors: worth considering when the scooter is regularly manoeuvred into tight parking spaces or used for stop-start journeys. They help look after the areas they are designed to cover during the minor mishaps that can accompany daily use.
• Security locks: useful when your Sportcity 200 is left outside for work, shopping or a succession of short stops. They let you plan how to secure it around the places and lengths of time you normally park.
• Phone mounts: keep navigation directions in view for unfamiliar addresses or a day of journeys across town. They make particular sense if your routes change often rather than following the same commute every morning.
• Screens: help take the edge off direct airflow on longer city roads and stretches beyond town. Their appeal is straightforward: a more comfortable ride when your journey involves more than a few streets.

Aprilia Sportcity 200 versions and model years

The Sportcity 200 has changed over the years, with a 2006 version and a 2009-2023 version. Protectors, phone mounts and screens intended for one may not fit the other. Choose your scooter’s year on this page to see only the accessories that fit yours, rather than assuming a part for a different version will work.

For a mix of urban riding and longer journeys, it helps to separate what you need while parked from what makes time on the road more comfortable.
