Accessories for the Aprilia SR Motard 125

The Aprilia SR Motard 125 is a scooter well suited to getting around town and handling everyday journeys. On a bike used this way, shelter from the weather, clear navigation and what happens when you park all matter. Rather than focusing on long-distance touring, it makes sense to think about the streets you ride, the stops you make and how often you leave the scooter outside.

What riders usually fit to the Aprilia SR Motard 125

These accessories address different parts of a typical day on this scooter, from setting off in the morning to parking up at your destination:

• Protectors: help shield exposed areas during the slow-speed manoeuvres and frequent stops that come with riding in town. They are worth considering if the SR Motard 125 is part of your daily routine.
• Phone mounts: keep navigation directions in view when a journey involves unfamiliar streets or several stops. That can be particularly handy when your route changes from one day to the next.
• Screens: offer some shelter from the airflow on urban roads and the faster stretches that may form part of your commute. A little more cover can make a familiar ride feel easier when you repeat it throughout the week.
• Security locks: suit a scooter that may be left parked while you work, study or run errands. They can become part of the routine whenever you leave the bike in town.
• Covers and leg covers: a cover is useful when the Aprilia is parked outdoors, while a leg cover can make chilly rides across town more comfortable.

Consider whether most of your time with the SR Motard 125 is spent riding, making short stops or parking for hours. That will point you towards the accessories that make the greatest difference to your own journeys.
