Accessories for the Benelli BN 125

The Benelli BN 125 is a naked bike suited to everyday urban journeys and short trips on country roads. Your usual route provides a useful starting point for choosing accessories: frequent parking and low-speed manoeuvres make protection worth considering, while more time on open roads puts wind exposure higher on the list.

What riders usually fit to the Benelli BN 125

• Windscreens: on the road out of town, a screen can help deflect airflow away from your upper body. It is a practical addition to the BN 125 if your commute includes exposed stretches rather than just stop-start traffic.
• Protectors: frequent stops, tight parking spaces and walking the bike into position are all part of city use. Protectors can help limit damage to exposed parts if your BN 125 tips over while stationary or at low speed.
• Number plate holders: changing the holder is one way to alter the appearance of the rear end, which stands out on a naked bike. For the BN 125, this is primarily a styling choice rather than an upgrade for commuting comfort.
• Mirrors: urban riding means keeping track of traffic behind you before changing lanes or turning. When replacing the mirrors on your BN 125, prioritise a useful rearward view from your normal riding position over the way they look alone.
• Phone mounts: useful when your daily journey takes you through unfamiliar streets, or when you plan a short ride on country roads. A mount keeps your phone secured for navigation; set up the route before you set off so you can concentrate on riding.
