Accessories for the Benelli TRK 702

The Benelli TRK 702 is an adventure bike suited to everyday journeys, weekend rides and touring by road. The right accessories depend on how you divide your time between them. Motorway miles put wind protection high on the list, while longer trips bring luggage space and riding comfort into focus. For regular town use, comfortable controls and protection during parking manoeuvres deserve attention too.

What riders usually fit to the Benelli TRK 702

• Screens: help deflect airflow on motorway stretches and longer days in the saddle. On a TRK 702 used for touring, screen coverage needs to work with your height and riding position while leaving you a clear view of the road ahead.
• Luggage: gives clothing and travel essentials a place on the bike rather than on your back. When touring with a pillion, having room for both riders’ belongings makes it easier to organise overnight stops and keep frequently needed items accessible.
• Crash protection: helps protect parts of the bike from ground contact during a stationary or low-speed fall. It is particularly relevant when manoeuvring a loaded TRK 702 into a parking space or turning it around during a touring stop.
• Levers: shape the contact between your hands and the brake and clutch controls. For a TRK 702 that handles weekday commuting as well as weekend rides, a comfortable reach matters during repeated use in traffic and long stretches riding in gloves.
• Footrests: provide the support beneath your boots throughout a ride. Their surface and position affect how your legs settle and how you reach the pedals, making them worth considering when road trips involve several hours between stops.

For touring, address wind protection and carrying space first. If most of your mileage is closer to home, focus on comfortable contact points and protection for everyday manoeuvres.
