Accessories for BMW CE 04

BMW CE 04 accessories for everyday city riding

The BMW CE 04 is a scooter suited to urban journeys, from the daily commute to errands and trips across town. Those rides put the emphasis on a comfortable riding position, a clear view of surrounding traffic and practical navigation. If your route also takes in ring roads, wind protection becomes more relevant than it is on short hops between junctions.

What riders usually fit to the BMW CE 04

• Levers: Stop-start traffic means frequent use of the brakes, whether you are approaching lights or manoeuvring into a parking space. Lever shape and reach matter on a daily-use scooter like the CE 04, particularly when you are riding with gloves.
• Mirrors: Busy multi-lane streets and merging traffic on the way into town make rearward visibility a priority. For a CE 04 used throughout the working week, mirror positioning deserves as much consideration as the way the mirrors look on the scooter.
• Handlebars: Hand position affects how comfortably you sit and reach the controls. On urban routes involving repeated turns, roundabouts and parking manoeuvres, a handlebar setup that avoids leaving your arms overstretched makes sense for the way this scooter is used.
• Windscreens: A commute that includes exposed roads calls for a different approach from a journey spent mostly at city speeds. A screen helps redirect airflow, making it a useful addition when your CE 04 regularly takes you beyond sheltered streets.
• Phone mounts: Navigation is particularly useful when your day involves unfamiliar neighbourhoods or several destinations across town. A mount keeps directions in view without needing to retrieve your phone at each stop. Set the route before leaving and pull over before making changes.
