Accessories for BMW R NINET SCRAMBLER

Accessories for the BMW R nineT Scrambler

The BMW R nineT Scrambler brings classic scrambler styling to everyday journeys and weekend rides on quieter roads. Choosing accessories is about balancing that look with comfort and protection, rather than assuming every scrambler needs an off-road setup. A bike used mainly around town has different priorities from one that regularly spends several hours out on the open road.

What riders usually fit to the BMW R nineT Scrambler

• Protectors: Daily use means regular parking, tight manoeuvres and frequent stops. Protection can help limit damage in a low-speed fall, making it relevant to an urban Scrambler just as much as one used for weekend exploring.
• Screens: Longer stretches of open road bring wind pressure into the picture. A screen helps reduce the wind hitting your upper body, making it a useful addition when weekend outings involve motorway links or longer distances between stops.
• Handlebars and levers: Your hand position matters when a ride combines stop-start traffic with flowing country roads. These parts help tailor the riding position and control layout, with the emphasis on how you sit and operate the bike.
• Footrests: On winding roads, secure support for your feet contributes to your position on the bike. For longer Scrambler outings, footrest choice also deserves attention because of the time spent with your legs in one position.
• Mirrors and tail tidies: Both can shape the finished look of this retro-styled motorcycle. Mirrors balance rearward vision with appearance, while a tail tidy gives the number plate area a cleaner look without making luggage the focus of the rear end.

Choosing parts for the different model years

The R nineT Scrambler has changed over the years, and the 2016-2020 and 2021-2024 versions do not share every accessory. Protectors, screens and suspension are among the parts that differ. Choose your bike's year on this page to see only the accessories that fit your version.
